No offense to the other seasons, but fall is totally my favorite. With the crisp, cool mornings, the bright blue skies, the explosion of color in the trees, and the warm afternoon sun I get a little giddy. (And don’t even get me started on how much I love kiddos who love going to school and preschool! hashtag: freedom)
This fall, I feel inspired by the seasonal transitions to get out there and try new things. So I’ve created a few new ways for us to soften into nature’s call to slow down.
Beginning Monday, Sept. 11th, I’m offering Morning Boost Yoga – a 7:30 AM yoga class offered twice a week at Santosha Yoga Des Moines – A Cooperative Studio. Join me Mondays or Wednesdays, or both if you’re serious about creating space and time for yourself. I’d be thrilled to have you join our tribe.
