Introducing Yoga for Moms (and Dads)
As a momma of tiny humans, I know how hard it can be to find
time for yoga. And while sneaking in a home practice while the little love nuggets nap is awesome, sometimes you just need to be around other adult humans, and feel a sense of community and belonging.
That’s why I created this monthly, donation-based class, just for you.
Join me and my kiddos the first Friday of each month (Sept-Dec) for yoga. Pay what you can and bring the kiddos. Yoga will be focused on creating space for mommas to breathe. Kids are welcome to participate if they’re interested. If not they can hang out and just be kids.
Its sure to be different from any typical studio experience, and that’s the beauty of it. Seeking out calm in the chaos of parenting, and showing our little loves what self-care looks like is a beautiful endeavor.
